Delivery

All items in the Teer & Co online Collection are made to order, so the time taken for your item to be made and delivered will vary depending on; the type of product chosen and the variable lead times provided by our individual designer-makers and their respective locations across the UK.

Please note that our 2D and 3D Wall Panels are made to order overseas and delivery and import tax duty on these will be charged extra according to individual order requirements. On UK based made to order items, we estimate that your item will typically arrive with you between 4-12 weeks from placing your order with us, however, we try to reduce this time where possible. We will notify you once your order has been placed letting you know a date for delivery, making sure it arrives on a day to suit you. Please ensure that you provide us with an address where there will be someone to sign for and take receipt of the item.

Mainland UK delivery charges (consists of England, Wales and Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands) are included on some but not all prices shown in the Teer & Co online Collection as follows:

Small size products, including for example small side tables, small lamps and small stools, at £20
Medium size products, including for example chairs and most benches, at £60
Large size products, including for example dining tables and large storage units, at £150

Product sizes and weights vary considerably, hence the difference in costs.

If you are located outside of mainland UK, please email us at simon@simonteer.com with your full name, contact details, delivery address and the product(s) you are interested in. We will then let you know applicable shipping charges and will advise how best to process your order from there.

We happily ship our work internationally. The delivery address and access information should be made clear at the point of enquiry so the cost can be included in our quotations and invoices.

Please note that import duty is additional to the cost of delivery and is payable by the customer.


Refunds and Returns

Available to mainland UK addresses only (consists of England, Wales and Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands), if your item is not suitable and just doesn’t ‘fit’ then under Distant Selling Regulations you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding delivery charges as applicable).

Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Customers will be responsible for payment of the return delivery. 

To qualify for a refund you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your order either by email to simon@simonteer.com or by post to Simon Teer, Teer & Co, 76 Aldenham Road, Bushey, Hertfordshire WD23 2ND and arrange to return the product within 14 days to an alternative address that we will provide.

If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the goods, unless faulty or damaged. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.

We will refund the original credit/debit card used for the purchase as soon as the goods have arrived back with us, or offer an exchange or replacement. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received following receipt of the goods.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the difference in value.

Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging.

Products that are made to a non-standard specific order to include all of our seating (the made to order furniture) cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.

Please check before making a purchase that an item can be delivered into the space you wish. This includes checking hallways and door frames throughout the property. If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to the respective designer-maker's workshop or warehouse and a delivery return fee will be charged. Charges will also apply to cancelled deliveries, or failed deliveries or return collections.
