BRANDL TALOS is one of Austria’s leading business law firms. Their office building was realised by Groh-Wagner Architekten. The laying of 375 m2 of Vulcano OAK in hexagon format is a visual exclamation mark and underlines the standing of this exemplary project.

Thanks to the combination of a stable plank structure and an innovative surface finish (slip resistance class R11), which allows direct contact with the wood, mafi natural wood floors are increasingly being used for high-quality yacht interiors. The areas of application extend not only to the floor, but also to stairs, walls and ceilings.

In our November post we shared that Teer & Co has been certified as a UK Partner to mafi, the internationally recognised natural wood floors brand based in Salzburg, Austria. We're now thrilled to be offering in our Collection a selection (from the wider mafi range) of their most popular and designer flooring products which can also be installed as wall and ceiling cladding and on stairs to create seamless contemporary interiors.

In July 2023 we were approached by the internationally recognised natural wood floors brand mafi in Austria. They had identified a fit with our proposition and values, and expressed an interest to explore a collaboration arrangement. I’ve just returned from a visit to their impressive operation and showroom in beautiful Salzburg to immerse myself in their world, to understand their making process and to finalise the collaboration between us that certifies Teer & Co as a UK Partner to mafi.

As passionate craftsmen, our friends at Form At Wood in Poland specialise in creating luxury wooden panels that blend elegance, sustainability, and the timeless allure of nature's most precious resource - wood. Each panel is meticulously made and hand-finished with love, care, and a deep respect for our environment.

Many of the enquiries we receive for the Decorative Panelling we offer in our Collection from Form At Wood are from private clients for residential use. However, a similar level of enquiries are also received for commercial spaces, especially hospitality environments.

For me, the highlight of this lovely renovation of Hampstead House by Dominic McKenzie Architects is the new extension, as shown here, to create a larger open plan lounge and dining room space.
