Guarantee of Quality

Our Guarantee of Quality is a promise to our customers that is made possible by our belief in the idea of Buy Well, Buy Less in which we place high quality and our impact on the environment front of mind. 

Essentially, ‘Buy Well, Buy Less’ is our encouragement of people to invest in timeless, high quality, responsibly-sourced and handcrafted forever furnishings and original art that are made to last by some of the finest makers in the UK and Europe. Fundamentally, the benefits of this are 1) minimising our consumption of goods, and 2) owning items that can be refurbished and re-purposed when their use is retired, and not sent to landfill.

In the unlikely event a customer isn’t happy with their purchase, or they have any issues, how will our Guarantee of Quality provide support, protection and rectify the problem?

If your item is not suitable then you can return it to us within the first 14 days of receipt of your goods for a no-hassle full refund (excluding delivery charges as applicable). Exclusions apply. For full details see ‘Refunds and Returns’ in our full Terms & Conditions.

And in the unlikely event your purchase from Teer & Co has a fault, please notify us by email immediately at simon@simonteer.com. We will assess the problem and if there is an inherent fault with the order then to minimise our impact on the environment we will, by agreement, arrange to either: 

  • help you fix the issue yourself, in situ 

  • repair it for you, or replace any defective part/s, or 

  • fully replace the entire piece where appropriate and re-use the old piece.
